I'd hope in the future the quota will increase. This sort of thing will help well run clubs prosper and stop clubs like Darlo going down the round of having a full team on loan.

I reckon we already meet the criteria for this every single week, when you think of the likes of Sweeney, Robson, Foley, Brown, Rowell, Tait, and Tymon. I'd hazard a guess that the likes of Darlo (who don't even have a reserve team to bring younger players on) never do, well they'll have to from next season.

I've just read and heard further into this and I've misunderstood it, the four players don't even have to have come through your youth set up, just an English or Welsh professional teams So of our squad only Porter and Budtz wouldn't count so it's only really a limit on foreigners. I'd have liked them to have gone down the line of you having to have four players who've came through your own youth set up.
