Associate members Cup/Freight Rover Trophy/Sherpa Van Trophy/Leyland Daf Trophy/Autoglass Trophy/ Auto Windscreens Shield/LDV Trophy/FL Trophy and now of course the Johnstone Paints Trophy (phew)

Which two teams have made the most appearances in the final (four times each)?

Which three teams have won the final most times (twice each)?

No cheating, 'cos if anyone gets it right straight away I'll know. I wouldn't have been able to guess this without looking first. Only the power of memory and guesstimation is allowed

Mad John has named two of the three teams who have won it twice.

PoolPower has named Carlisle as one of the teams who have played in the final four times.

so that's one more team to name who've won it twice, and one more team to name who've played in the final four times

It's when you have to get up at 2am, 4am and 6am to have a slash.

but not for a couple of hours 'cos I'm cream crackered now, after night shift and then writing an essay as the basis for my appeal against the pub's rateable value. I can hear violins and loud sobbing in the Valuation Office already, I tell yer.
