what a joke these clowns are. They cancell the 11.34 train cause of a train fault. Fair enough these things happen. But at least fooking tell us. And at least tell your cleaning staff who also weren't told.

Everyone is stood like lemons until it is announced at 11.52. Pratts.

I hope the train i'm on now doesnt get delayed otherwise i'll be...

Err a piece of my mind.

pathetic, the 1750 was delayed, so got on the 1811, encountered problems then first great western cancelled my train from newport, didnt get bk to fareham until midnight!!!!

He did, mind you the scene at York station to catch, what was the last connection was like a scene from Benny Hill. As we arrived on platform 5, having checked the website on way back on train dashed across to platform 11, the one we thought we needed. To find an empty platform, one of the group then decided to check a screen to see we needed platform 5 so a dash back by 6 of us made. On getting back to platform 5 an announcement was made.........................our connection would leave................yes you've guessed it, platform 11 so off we went again.
