are you for or against it,do you think the biggest cause is the council mucking about with the programs for the traffic lights,it just seems funny that at certain times of the day barely 2 or 3 cars can get through the lights whilst they are on green then they change back to red.

anywhere really,if manchester had got it,it would only be a matter of time before others tried,does'nt durham have a £2 charge
