Story in the Echo to-day about a Darlington bloke who grew cannabis in his house.
"Some cannabis he bought had a seed in it," said his lawyer, "so he planted that seed. It is amazing but it seemed to grow without any lights or other paraphernalia at all. It was almost like a pet - he even called it Frederick - but then the dog attacked it and chewed it."

Now Frederick is having to be destroyed, which is a bit sad, when you think of it..... :wink:

Knew a guy at University who grew a chive plant on his window ledge - and named it Clive... stpid

He was a Lincoln City fan - though wheather these two facts are connected, I'm not sure :laugh:

Cultivation and use of cannabis was generally outlawed in 1928 Chip.

Yup, definitely if cannabis is found anywhere on your land, you're prosecutable.

As always, the law is totally inflexible. There was that recent case of the granny in Northumberland who was repeatedly had up for smoking cannabis which she said was the only thing that relieved her MS pain. Don't know what happened to her in the end, because she said she wasn't going to stop smoking it.

Yes, but you see, there are legal ways of combating low adrenaline....beating up Iraq veterans you've identified incorrectly; killing pedestrians on zebra crossings while speeding off to catch minor criminals; arresting MPs for commenting on matters of government policy.....
They probably thought crack cocaine was too unimaginative.

I have grown 'herbs' indoors in a growbag, in an attic, natural light through a velux skylight. Never again. it stinks and that is a right giveaway.
In the Netherlands they tolerate home cultivation upto 5 plants, I've seen many fine specimens on houseboats and in peoples homes in Amsterdam. the main problem they have is people nicking them.
I do wish they would allow 'cultivation for personal use' in this country, but it will never happen, too many people ripping off the lecky :laugh:

Did you grow this weed in the Central, because you have more chance of platting fog then you have of getting caught....

so i took a shitload to the works christmas party and gave it to girls in the hope they would have sex with me.

i also swapped a load for cocaine.
