........to take the piss with the man of the match award? Humps again rolfl rolfl  rolfl

Shambles today, started the match with about 7 players out of position, unfamiliar formation that didnt work and no one seemed to know what they were doing.

Robson excellent today, his crosses are immense. Budtz caught every cross cleanly and took all 2 shots cleanly. Kicking and releasing the ball was dodgy but thats the least important factor for a keeper. A clean sheet too, well done Jan. Kyle I thought was awful, his control and touch is awful. He just dodesnt suit our team, id send him back as were poorer with him in the team.

Were gonna struggle......

Directed at OO obviously.

Couldnt agree more Chip. Wilson lost the plot with the team today.

Anyone else see Nelson swearing his head off at Wilson in second half? Wish he had batted him Ben Clark style

He was absolutely garbage. If he is the player of the millenium then it shows what a pitiful existence HUFC have had. The usual Ritchie lovers will say he played well but anyone with any honest and sanity can see what a waste of space he is. Abysmal.

As has been said though, Matty Robson was fookin fantastic (the only player to play very well today although Jones did ok)

Im asking why its laughable if he played great like you think?

Surely people would boo if he played so great?

Nonsense OO. If that was a 'decent game' by Ritchie then you have very low standards. I have played against better players. He was absolutely shiit, worse than usual to be honest and that is saying something. Hopefully when danny gets the boot he will take Ritchie with him

I thought sweeney and robson were the two better players today. Nelson made some good blocks and was steady away. On the way out some of the guys i go to the game with were disscussing the fact Wilson has no money. Fair enough we know he doesnt now, but its still the squad he has put toghther, he has had a few years to build it and now he has to get the best out of his squad, i dont think he can.

Well in my opinion, Ritchie had a decent game. BUT Matty should have been left-wing in a 4-4-2 and Ritchie at left-back.

EXACTLY. Isnt it incredible that our 'manager' persists in playing Matty as a left back yet, with the exception of Brown is our most creative player.

Does not say much for our manager does it.

Wilson is a think bounder.

The fact the we keep playing the useless has been is the main reason I can't be bothered going. Seems to me that having form for attention seeking, boo hoo hooing on the pitch is the main qualification for getting selected at Pools.

People like Humps, Nelson, the two keepers, Foley, the other gash centre half Collins, Liddle, Jones and Kyle would look out of place in a League2 team this season. I wouldnt be sorry to see any of them go come the end of the season and send Kyle back tonight utter shite.

Only two decent players weve got in the 1st team are Brown and Porter, if Porter goes end of season which i feel he will then we will be in deeper shite.

Good point, most of the people who go in the hospitality suite are on the heavier than Kate Moss side. If you're a bit tubby and you want a Pools shirt theres only one choice.

Well done Sir, excellent first post. You've solved an enduring mystery.

Wilson has totally lost the plot.

From what i could see we started with...

Budtz
Sweeney Nelson Collins Robson
Porter Jones Humphreys Liddle
Mackay Kyle

Now what the hell is he trying to achieve with that line-up? He changed it a few times but kept Robson at left back when it was plain to see that he was our best player going forward.
The bloke is a complete idiot. stpid

We were meant to be playing 4-3-3. Porter was dropping too deep, the midfield had no shape. It was a mess as if he told them to "spread out". Humphreys looks a yard too slow at the moment to be playing in midfield, absolutely no zip to his game which is sad to see.

in the first half there was an opportunity for a quick break - which if Robson had the ball we would have been 30 yards inside their half at least - but Humphreys had it and he managed about 8 yards "running" with the ball - it was that moment I realised he hasn't got the legs to play anywhere, either in midfield or at the back. Sorry folks, but this has to be his last season.
I just can't see past such an awful lack of mobility, regardless of his ability to read the game. You've still got to be able to get about, and he no longer can.

Oh and apparently 90% of the crowd laughed because "the Mill house is full of wankers". Well according to Obafemi.
