Im sat watching the film, do you think they where 100% innocent ?

I wouldnt like to hazard a guess but its a truly great fillum. Try getting 'a sense of freedom' too mate canny fillum but not as good as the book.

When they were released it was discussed on question time & there was a tory MP called Olga Maitland on.
Her view was that if we had kep the death penalty they would have been executed there & then & we wouldnt have to waste tax payers money listening to appeals & paying compensation years later.

Maybe they did have some involvement with unsavoury characters,but for our government to overturn their convictions after all that time there is certainly a big question mark
