I don't think I'll be there, infact I don't think I'll be there again in 2008. I definitely won't be there on the 10th, 17th and 24th. banghead

. I'm going to miss a few Monday nights too, Ripper. Not much football for me in December, I hope I don't put much weight on; I'd hate to go back to being 12 stone. :laugh:

I don't think Norm is going to be there next Wednesday either so I think we need everyone to declare their attendance by Monday at the latest. Norm and his mates have made the numbers up the last few weeks which is why I'm not convinced we'll have enough if I'm away too.

If there isn't enough interest by Monday then I suggest I cancel it as otherwise we'll still have to pay if its not cancelled within 48 hours of KO. Hopefully there will be enough interest though; Groovy has a mate who might be joining us and TforTurner should be there.

Just a little point TPP, the Wednesdays in December are 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th & 31st.

I don't suppose anyone will be interested in the last 2, being Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.

Let you down? Am sorry that the Police cordoned off the area from both ends and the information I received was that they weren't lettingpeople walk past the incident. At this point it seemed like common sense to turn around and go home, after I rang you to see if there was any way of getting in but I presumed you'd already started playing.

Ripper, I was a couple of cars behind you on Catcote Road, you must of turned off when we went onto Elwick Road as I lost sight of the Ripperlovemobile, I foolishly stayed on Elwick Road, got to cut through to Blakelock Road at 6:30pm, I'd already spoke to Dave at about 6:10pm, tried again at 6:30pm but couldn't get any answer, when I saw as many cars coming down Blakelock Road as was trying to go up, I said fook it and headed towards town and away from the crazy traffic.

I got home at 6:45pm sadx
