Just noticed that Rushden and Diamonds are rock bottom of the conference.

Pity really. Got a nice little stadium and are less than a 2 hour drive away (for me).

Started to go wrong for them when the Doc Martens funding pulled out - following it going wrong for Doc Martens.
Still it is a waste of a good stadium & one that was easy for me to get to.

they were a good side and Talbot was a good manger
had all the contacts and if i remember rightly a lot of that side was on loan to them

did one or two have a problem with the sniffing powder? i know the keeper did but got off as he was under stress but one went to Jail i think

Wasn't their keeper under the influence of drugs when he played against us on the last day? They should have been docked points for that...and we should have been champions. It's not fair.
