Fair play for masterminding victory against the Loids but what a cock he is!! Did you see his interview after the game on Saturday was abandoned!? Baring in mind you couldn't even see the Droylsden goal from the TV pictures and the camera was at that end!!

Oh and just so you know, myself and spender spent ages on the Wendies, Walsall and Leeds boards to try and get them on here.....with some success.

Some of the posters from all three clubs are sound, and much less bitter than you seem to be.

For the record some of the wendies on the old rivals site were great.....Oldskoolowl and Beastie....top lads.

Yeah but it's not like they go out and buy it is it? It's nowt to do with the club or the fans so why yap at them? It's the TV and radio companies that go for the biggest audience while selling chocolate and beer throught the adverts. All you're actually doing is promoting the 'badly done to small club' mentality that we're trying to leave behind. :roll:

They're bigger and more famous than us, live with it. :wink:

How about the fact that he bought chelsea for a £1 and sold them when they were on the brink of Administration for £20m.

I seem to remember he paid £10m to buy Leeds but will sell up at a huge profit when he gets bored. IMO of course :grin:

I met Bates at a party during his time at Chelsea and whilst I thought he was an arse as a chairman then and also now I did have a good chat with him and he seemed a nice guy.

When he bought Chelsea he paid a quid and covered the 1.5m debts and he sold them on to Abramovich for just under 60m quid.
