and replace Collins at Centre half with Ben Clark tonight. It's really a no-brainer but since Wilson made Collins captain he won't want to admit his mistake.
He played Antwi for too long at Centre half at the expense of Clark and ultimately the team and it looks like he doesn't learn from his mistakes.

Team for tonight.

Barratt

McCunnie
Clark
Nelson
Robson

Brown
Liddle
Sweeney
Monkhouse

Porter
Kyle

No jones in the team? Unless hes injured and i dont know about it, it would be daft to drop our best player over the last 4-6 weeks.

I just think that with Jones we can be a bit lightweight in midfield. It's a tough call but I'd like to see Sweeney back in there as we aren't getting enough goals from midfield either.

sorry mate, can't agree. jones has been excellent of late, and so's sweeney at right back. that would be change for change's sake.

agree about collins like

Sweeney has made the right back slot his own. He has been the biggest plus of the season for me.

Wilson wont drop collins as he is an arrogant stubborn get who would not risk dropping players which he has signed for fears of reprisals from IOR

it appears clear that wilsons tactics revolve around a defensive midfielder which is why clarke is playing there. Only boland and clarke look capable of playing that position so thats why he appears to be favouring collins at centre back. If boland was fit then it might be a different story. Liddle should be tried at left back and given a chance. That would make the defense a whole lot stronger on paper at least

My moneys on Nelson getting droped after his two howlers at Leeds on Saturday.

No I wasn't there, but they can't all be wrong eh?? He's stunk this season.

I'd have been with as I was leaving Elland Road (with my piss boiling) on Saturday but after seeing the fourth you have to give Beckford plenty of credit, he took that got extremely well.

Also Wilson did drag off Collins off on Saturday and put Clark with Nelson for the last 15 (it was during that period Nelse fooked up  ) Nelson has been playing better in the last few weeks IMO. Sweeney has played very well of late he's not a right back but neither is McCunnie he was chronic earlier in the season. I can't believe anyone would want him in the team at right back.

Jones has been our best player this season, head and shoulders above the rest, he only looked bad at the start of the season because the rest of them weren't on his level.

the only place likely to be tinkered with is the left side.

and he'll never drop collins as he'd be admitting the fans are right about nelson and clark being the best centre half pairing we've got.

just my opinion like.
