So Mr. McAllister believes they could have scored 10 eh?

Now I know we were a bit poor second half but what a prat he is.

"Humble in victory, gracious in defeat", maybe he should take note of that motto a bit more.

I hope Danny Wilson pins that to the dressing room door when they come to Victoria Park.

They could have had 5 or 6 at the end - but 10 No Way!!!. At 2-1 down we were the better side and if the effort that hit the bar had gone in to make it 2-2 we could have even gone on to win it.

The third goal was the decisive one though and heads went down after that.

They could have had 10...we could have had 20... the thing is they didn't and we didn't... 'could haves' don't register on the league tables..I've checked.

I really don't care what McAllister says or thinks... this is a bloke who stormed into Woking's dressing rooms to tear a strip off non-league players celebrating getting a result against Coventry. He didn't like it so he went in to offer them out..... they should have taken him up on his offer

That's a bit of an exaggeration really, maybe they just deserved to win it, but score 10?, not a chance. refyellow

Game Statistics

Goal Attempts 18 v 10

On Target 9 v 3

Possession 56% v 44%

Mac did exaggerate - we could have scored 9  You can't blame him for showing a bit of enthusiasm though. He also said we controlled the game from early on - not in my book. Nip and tuck for a long spell I thought :-o

He actually said it could have been 10-3 to be fair.

When it went to 1-1 we were saying that this looked like a 6-4 or something similar so open was the game.

I really wouldn't worry about it. In the 63 games in League One we've played 80% of the managers we've come up against having won have said that 'with a bit of luck we'd have won not lost'.

Goes with the territory doesn't it?
