It's sad innit, especially if you support a team like Pools or Darlo, both Pools goals got a 3 second slot  .... and because the big three were playing there was silly old me thinking we may get a bit longer ... :uhoh: So they decided on the BBC to give us a look at their favourite rugby team .. the so called Falcons... so it's 3 seconds per goal followed by tedious shots of facially challenged descendants of big foot wrestling with a crash barrier in training ... I give up. banghead

The radio is just as bad.

I think that we should burn their studios down.

I guess you don't have a dabby digital thingymajig radio?

Neither do I.

If we had a local newspaper then maybe we could get them on the case?

We did... but it started to smoke, got a refund when the helpful assistant said ..."Yeah, they do that sometimes them digital ones."

I've long since given up hope that Pools will ever get decent tv coverage from bbc. Tyne tees is the best hope, but even they are crap

Why not set up a petition or write a strongly worded letter to ITV and BBC complaining about the unfair output. Bypass the regional offices.

It narks me to the point of explosion the amount of coverage we get. It wouldn't be so bad if there was something more pressing taking its place but Newcastle Falcons or some tinpot basketball team?!? There's no way that they can justify it.

The biggest irritant in my eyes is BBC Radio Tees aka Radio Borer. they smugly boast of offering the best coverage of Pools and Darlo home and away, which is true, but... there's always a but, compared to what? If you have a shop that sells shit pies and no competitors, you can claim to sell the best pies, even though they're still shite.
The return of 'Positively Boro' Alistair Brownlee to the station is the icing on the tombstone for me, I think we're gonna be squeezed even more. Margins here we come.

I tried to listen to the game on Tuesday on BBC Tees, Darlo was on, so I tuned into the digital radio on Tees and guess what it was Darlo as well. Total rubbish its a shame the rights for radio coverage are very expensive because we now have our own radio station. banghead banghead banghead

I tell you what, the next time that IDIOT Ivor Nash turns up on Poolsworld will be the last time that I spend any money there, the patronising, supercilious wanker.
