Am I alone in thinking its wrong to list the names of members of a recognised political party, no matter which one it is. I remember a few years ago a formal letter delivered to all the staff at work asking if we were Freemasons, my wing all answered no, but declared full membership of the Woodcraft Folk in large print across the bottom of the reply slip, no more was heard.

The Woodcraft Folk sounds a bit quaint but wasn't it set up as the socialist alternative to the Baden Powell Scouts and Guides organisation. Looks like you declared yourself as a rabid communist. You've probably been under surveillance ever since.

We used to get told off for adding "have a banana" at the end of the Woodcraft Folk song!

Why ?

Communism as written by Marks and Engels treats everyone the same.

And that pure communism would result in a classless, stateless society.

There is also no know racist ideaologies within communism. I know the BNP state they not , but that is a matter of opinion.

Communism is a good idea in theory, but if it results in something like East and West Germany, something like that should never happen again.
