Oh, I reckon it's nice work if you can get it.
Find a club, sign a two-year contract (odds are you'll never make it to the end), get your money whether you win or lose most of your games, then if you're any good get a better paid managership somewhere else, or if you're no good then find something else to do that you are not a disaster at...
