Apparantley Jonny, Someones fallen over on the stairs on the way out & Is in Intensive care, Everyone in the club was held in there till around 4am while the Police took statements off everyone and took contact details of each of the people in Jax at the time of the incident.

There are many rumours circulating about it, One says it was a lass, one say it was a lad & that he or she was pushed & has died, Apparantley thats not the case, But I assume with the police presence that this has been treat as suspicous

I couldn't be arsed waiting around in there when there was drinking to be done so I got out the fire exit and found meself on top of the town centre - had to climb over this fence, and I was on my way to freedom down the delivery ramp when a police car pulled up - thought I was going to get arrested but they just took me details and I was on me way. I didn't see what happened like, the copper told us it was a serious assault. There were people being kept in there over an hour after I escaped so it was a good move really. I got a kebab.

A TEENAGER suffered serious head injuries in a late-night incident outside a pub.
The 19-year-old, who was on a night out in Hartlepool, suffered the injuries outside Jax Bar in the early hours of Sunday morning.
He was taken by ambulance to the University Hospital of Hartlepool where his condition is described as serious.
A spokesman for Cleveland Police said: "A 19-year-old man suffered serious head injuries in a possible assault and was taken to the University Hospital of Hartlepool but then transferred to the James Cook University Hospital.
"It followed an incident outside Jax Bar, in Stockton Street, where there was some kind of altercation.
"Police were telephoned by ambulance crews and they sealed off the area, which was a walkway between Jax Bar and Wilkinson."
A man in his early 20s has since been arrested on suspicion of assault, which allegedly took place between midnight and 1.30am on Sunday morning.
The manager of Jax Bar, Gary Anderson, said CCTV footage had been handed to police.
Scenes of crime officers were yesterday carrying out investigations near to the Stockton Street exit of Middleton Grange Shopping Centre.
One woman, who had been enjoying a night out in Jax Bar, told the Mail: "The police locked everyone in at about 2am. They wouldn't let anyone out - you had to queue up to get out.
"As they did let you out, one policeman was taking details, while another photographed everybody. It was the end of the night anyway, so we all just did as we were told."
Police are today continuing with their inquiries into the incident outside Jax Bar.
Anyone with any information should contact Detective Sergeant Matt Mason on (01642) 302126.
Police say the man who has been arrested was bailed pending further inquiries.
