I've just been listening to their Albums after hearing lots of people saying how good they are etc!!!! confised

Now I know some on here really like them....I'm certain Mr.Yubep is a big fan....but I'm not impressed in the slightest me like!!!! confised

Just sounds like American Kiddy Punk/Rock....not anything like I expected!!!! confised

Biffy are quality.
Saw them at Leedsfest, really really good band.

I've got to agree that listening to them initially didn't really do much for me, but I saw them a few times last year (both as support band) and they were pretty good live.

Seemed to be giving it all they could too and enjoying every minute!

On first listen i never really got them, sounded a bit slow

Then I heard a track called "57"

Blew me head off, since then i've been hooked.

They are awesome live and really really go for it, heavy guitars and screams a plenty.

There sound has matured and popularity has grew over the last few years, and fair play to them as they deserve it.

I've got better taste than you or anyone else on here for that matter!

Just not into that style of turgid rock when there are so many other interesting "rock" artists such as Sonic Youth, The Pixies, JAMC, My Bloody Valentine, BRMC etc out there. Most "rock" artsists after Nirvana can pretty much nick off as far as i'm concerned.

First album certainly was summit else, every track just had something about it.

The next 2 we're what i'd call progression and growing up, some good ones some medium ones, the latest album puzzle is excellent for imo likeeee.
