Greedy Robbing Tvvats!!!!

For about 18months now I've been paying £10 to Virgin Media for my Broadband after they sorted me a deal out!!!! :coool:

But last months Bill jumped to £15.33!!!!

Got this months bill in today....£18!!!! :shock:

So in the space of a couple of months it's went up by 80% and i haven't got a clue why!!!! :evil:

I'll be on the phone to them tomorrow and if it isn't a mistake they can take the fecker out and I'll get a Dodgy Broadband Box in!!!! :evil:

I've gone for the 10mb broadband and no TV package. Got a Eurovox dodgybox for £80 and its fantastic. Every channel for nowt.

ring up and they will say the £10 a month deal was for a year so ask for the disconnection dept explain you have an orange mobile and can get free broadband through them but had been happy to stop with virgin when it was only a tenner but are not paying £18 and they will reinstate the £10 a month deal.
i did it yesterday when i got the £15.33 bill.the nice lady who answers tries to tell you it was due to a change of billing date :shock:

simply laugh and say no it isnt you have put my price up put me through to disconnections.

when the fights etc are on ppv it is nice to watch them for free
as well as setanta :wink:

been trying to ditch virgin for ages, but when i moved house they wangle me into another 1 year contract, so i can't leave, i'm stuck with them forever!

check all your cable connections then do a scan for channels

Thats what happend to mine, I took it round to the lad who sold me it and he did an internal hard reset??? and that lasted for about 6 months but now it's sadly passed on.
