It could shape our season. We have a good run and uncle ken will open the cheque book and authorise a couple of signings, if we get knocked out 1st round its gonna be a long hard season.

Explain why long hard season, if out of FA Cup 1st round ?

12 points out of last 15 could say the opposite, we can concentrate on league get the points to ensure we not dragged into relegation fight.

Because I think we lack the strength in depth for a challenge for the top half of the table. One or two suspensions or injuries and I cant see us staying above mid table.

The team needs strengthening and with Kyle obviously not here for the long run then I cant see us challenging.

I think betterworth hinted at that on the radio last week. I'd guess we only got Kyle because barker went and the bit we made from the league cup run.
I cant see IOR spending unless we have a good cup run.

One good week last season saved us from going down!!!!

I only hope that this is not the end of our good run because we might not be so lucky this time sadx

Behave.

Nine months of good, bad and indifferent saved us from going down.

We were never, at any point, lower than 17th in the table.

Mar 04 Oldham (A) 0-1
Mar 08 Gillingham (H) 4-0
Mar 11 Huddersfield (H) 2-1

I think he was refering to these three wins in a row, which as he says, pretty much saved our arses. We only won once after this run and stayed up by 6 points.
