NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the above named Company will be held at the Victoria Lounge, Victoria Park, Clarence Road, Hartlepool, Cleveland, TS24 8BZ, on Wednesday, 6th December, 2006 at 6.30 p.m. for the following purposes:

1.To consider and, if approved, adopt the Balance Sheet of the Company as at 31 December, 2005 together with Profit and Loss Account of the Company for the period ended 31 December, 2005 and the Report of the Directors with respect to the state of the Company's affairs.

2.To appoint A J Croll & Co. Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors as Auditors, and to authorise the Directors to determine their remuneration.
