the only time i have heard that was when i was an avid watcher of Rosie and Jim the little rascals used to call the bloke with the beard fizzogg with two "G"s

Me mum didn't, but i used to use Fizzog as a kid. No idea why though

I believe that 'Fizzog' is a short hand way of saying 'Physiogonomy' which is a posh word for face.
