Hiring a Van for a day

Need to pick up a sofa from Peterlee so need a Van, anyone know where I can get a Van for half a day, and how much they cost to hire

eden park van hire is £40 a day, probs the lowest u will find, i dont think rental companies do half day rentals

Some do half days, the trick is to haggle with the branch manager. Transmore are part of Northgate PLC, so its all very corporate. Best bed is a local company who will be quiet at the moment.

We got one for 4 hours from them before but it was a few years ago, I am sure if they have no rentals they wouldn't turn down the chance for some income
