Let you into a secret, I used to put sugar on the pitch to make it like a snow covered pitch.
Can you believe a kid of 11-13 doing something as innocent as that in these days of FIFA 09 AND pro evo etc

Subbuteo annoyed the life out of me, looking back now, i loved it when i played it, but so many things we're frustrating.

I had to roll the pitch up to put it away, so next time i wanted to play it had to be rolled back out with books on the flipping corner to keep it down, and i'd be forever standing on players, kneeling on them etc. Poor Brain Horne in goal for pools was glued back on so many times i just flung him out.

Me n our kid just ended up argueing loads over it and throwing the pieces at each other.

Exactly parmo there was a moment last week when we we're playing when i thought look are we past this game now but pride took over.
