I doubt it.

You would probably need to be in an area where there is a signal- a bit like using a mobile phone.

you probably have to be in a wi fi hotspot,some places(cafes etc)advertise saying free wi-fi

One of the things about Mobile Broadband is that you need "3G Coverage" in your area

Depending on what company your going with and where you live, Its worth checking

My mate had it before and his download speeds (If you compare to normal broadband) were around 85% slower

Best way to check 3G Coverage is via the Vodafone Site : http://maps.vodafone.co.uk/coverageview ... fault.aspx
