You make that sound as if that move is as good as tendering his resignation.

But if rumours on here are true and after having consulted Pools website, and Barker's going there permanently in January, can I just say that I'm actually quite disappointed that we've let Barker go. sctatchinghead  :uhoh: confised sadx

But nevertheless, if this is Goodbye I will forever remember 4.41pm on Saturday 14th April 2007 at the The Dreams Stand End with his wonderful diving header to take us up to League One and write one of the great chapters in the history of Hartlepool United FC.

Good Luck Ritchie - we are forever in your debt.

I can see him doing a fantastic job at the Wide Acres stadium. What are the current odds on Rovram getting a play-off place?

The comment on the official site is remarkably similar to the "Daly had to go to make way for Barker" one two seasons ago.

Logic says you don't get rid of a player forever to make way for one that's only gonna stay 3 months max. I wonder...

you can get a not particularly generous 11/1 for them to be promoted on betfair.
And they have the nerve to call theselves betfair!
