I've just been on BBC East Midlands news as part of a thoroughly patronising report about Leicester v Pools. The swines edited my interview to make it sound like Leicester had nowt to be excited about by playing us. banghead

you've been framed, so you should demand £250

He'd have to fall over or at the very least get badly injured to claim £250.

It was a shock when your mug suddenly came on my telly. It put me right off my tea.

How long did they actually talk to you for the two words you got to see?

The reporter spent about 15 seconds reeling off a long question to PiN after which there was a long silence and he just says "good question" and it then cuts him off rolfl

The reporter asked me something along the lines of, 'you're the Hartlepool fanzine editor, so why Leicester should get excited about playing Pools?'

Nothing popped into my head straight away, so I said 'Good question, can you ask me again as I've gone blank'.

The reporter asked me again, and I replied with something like we've brought lots of fans down, we aren't that far behind Leicester in the table, and we've got some exciting players.

Skilful bit of editing when you think about it - it reinforced the tone of the piece which was to make out Pools are beneath the mighty Leicester.

They did feature a nice long shot of the fanzine cover mind.
