Jeff Stelling, looking at the League tables, has just said on Sky Sports, and now to the top of Division Three. Don't know if it was a slip of the tongue, or a deliberate dig at that Division.

Lots of people still class it as division 3.

they took a year out to gather their thoughts.

apparently stoke are trying it this season but have promised to be back next august.

theres even a rumour doing the rounds on the boards that newcastle united may be trying to get a team together and applying to rejoin the football league next season.

I agree Chip but what the hell happened to that 4th division team called Ull City, I cant seem to find them no matter what league I look in?.

They've also cleared off for a years holiday but might exend that to two. They're enjoying it apparently.

As for Newcastle, are we allowing them in? I thought teams had to come up through the Conference. If they're in a different competition why do they automatically rejoin at the top level when they find they don't fancy the other league?
