Oi, You! Billingham Poolies...Billingham 10k

Yours truly in 'action' this Sunday 11am, Billingham Ray Harrison Memorial 10k, starts at Billingham Synthonia Football Ground and finishes there with a lap of the track!

You can enter on the day if you BP's fancy it, if not your 'athletic support' will be appreciated, as it was last year!

I've been meaning to start running again, to get myself fit, and to run in this race, most of the year, but haven't got around to it. My calf injury is my lastest excuse. Maybe next year. :roll:

I'll pop along with that 'support' you requested. :grin:

"Athletic Support" Ben Clark borrowed mine this morning!

Any other Poolies fancy popping along to give me a cheer feel free to do so,
it may also be a chance for take in some fresh air, help to shake of
any hangovers!

Thanks for your (extra large) support this morning BP, much appreciated!
I did spot you out of the corner of my eye as I was focussed & concentrating
on a big finish, not sure if I dipped under 42 minutes, awaiting the official results!

Hope I wasn't going too fast for you to capture me on your box brownie! :wink:

Never mind, not to owrry, turning out and giving me a cheer was most appreciated, thought you may have popped into BSFC

I had Yorkshire Puddings to make so couldn't stop.

I don't usually rush home to help make the sunday dinner, I'm usually there already. Yesterday was an exception, popping down the road to cheer on the racemeister, and not take a photo of him. :grin:
