1) H'angus having a tear up with their mascot about 2000/2001, tackling him knee high and then throwing all the raffle tickets over the pitch. clap

2) Losing 4-0 there with Anthony Williams playing like a tit in goal

3) In the beer garden before the game a few years ago and one of the daft lads was that pissed he was on the phone to his shoe. You had to be there!

4) We're going to lose tomorrow

5) If it goes to a replay, I'm working till fucking 8 so might not make it.

1) Rochdale was the home of the Co-operative Movement, and there's a big sign about it on the way into the town

2) Last time we were there their stewards were chucking people out for standing in the seats - but they were sneaky about it, only grabbing people when they went below the stand for a pie or trip to the toilet. You have been warned.....

3) Some people actually refer to this league as the Rochdale Division - they've now had the longest unbroken spell in it of any team AFAIK. Certainly the longest one still going anyway!

4) Rochdale, Oldham and Bury were rumoured to be looking to merge into Manchester North End - however one big sticking point was that Dale were always in the bottom division and the merged club would have had to go into the lowest-ranked team's position.

5) One of the results that cost us the title was failing to beat Rochdale in the next to last home game - we drew 2-2 thanks to Widdrington pulling us from behind twice but a win would have put us in a much better position.

And apparently the stewards haven't improved much in the four years since. There were some angry posts about it on their message board last week

I've heard that too. To be honest, I think its quite funny!!

I actually hate the church pub and everything about passionless Rochdale, we always seem to play crap there but I think I remember Ginrger Ginola scoring the winner for us one year but I might be wrong.....

Also isn't Rochdale the wonderful Lisa Stansfields neck of the woods.....?
