micky quinn is just a big fat goalpoaching bounder. Beresford is just a bounder.

And ? He wasn't given enough time. He went because Wise interfered too much in transfers.

Shearer for NUFC !!!!!

Whatever seems to good to be true, usually is. Newcastle fans rejoiced when Ashley came in, only helping them add to their own claims that they are a 'massive' club. They partied as if they had won when the Champions league when Keegan returned.
Shearer is not stupid enough to go anywhere near that club at the present time.

You just seem to know the ins and outs of newcastle for somebody who says they are an outsider to newcastle football club with regards to Wise and transfers etc.

Quite obvious why he has gone, his interview says it all.

Surprised he lasted as long as he did with Wise and Jimenez at the club. "head of player recruitment"? ffs thats the managers job!!

Well to Keegan that is the manager's job, because he believes the manager should have control over those decisions - I can't understand why it couldn't be an equal partnership.

Are you saying that someone, other than a manager of a football team should have a input on who should be signed? I dont mean consulting your assistant manager and coaches?

I remember Terry MC coming to pools one evening game. After the match he was in the Vic lounge being served by John who was barman at the time. The conversation went something like this...
TM 'Can I have some ice in my coke please?
J 'sorry Terry the machines broken'
TM 'thats no good I want some ice'
J 'Well I can'thelp you coz the machne is broken'
TM 'But I want some ice for this drink'
J ' well go and stand outside its fookin freezin out there'
