I have just reverted to Google Chrome as my browser but have a couple of problems which i need help with...

Firstly, i cant log into my internet banking account, its coming up with an error saying Error 500: Missing message for key "css.win.safari.version" i do not have a clue what is means or how i go about fixing it.

Secondly when i want to check my e-mails directly from MSN messenger it opens up in an IE page is there any way i can change it to open it using Google Chrome?

Cheers!

The bloody thing only came out the day before yesterday and you're asking a bunch of blokes who teeter on the edge of getting their trousers down before the brown meets canvas every morning. Might I suggest, www.google.com/whatthefucksthisaboutthenforfuckssake??

To the first - I suspect this may come with time, but what may have happened is that the site can't work out what browser you are using and things it's Safari (Apple's Browser). Given Chrome was only put out in Beta earlier this week there's a good chance they don't know how to support it.

To the second - I suspect this is a Microsoft "you have no choice" thing as MSN Messenger tends to be quite tied in with IE in any case....

Overall - Chrome is interesting, but it's best to see it as something to play with and try out than to run your life with. Give it a few months to develop and then try it IMO....

Pretty much what Albatross said... Its still in BETA Stage so it will be buggy from time to time

I've loaded a fair few pages up in Chrome and they've loaded rather differentley to what they'd appear in IE and FireFox... Hopefully they'll solve that or Developers like my self are gonna have a nightmare with Cross Browser support

I just downloaded and tried Google Chrome, then immediately removed it.

Any program that doesn't offer you the choice where to install it can't be taken seriously.
And one that installs itself in the "c:\documents and settings\administrator\application data\bla bla bla\chrome" directory, which a non-administrative user can't even get at, has even less street cred.
