Next home game hang back behind the Millhouse terrace North West Corner for 5 minutes and watch all free loaders pile in through the gates aided by stewards and also over the turn styles.
It was an eye opener i'm not talking 1 or 2 more 20 +.

I reported this to the club-in writing-over 2 years ago and it was basically ignored, despite me meeting with a representative of the club. You should drop them a line advising them of what you have seen but I would suggest that you copy in Ken at IOR in Aberdeen. Feel free to say that you know that this has been reported before, I will gladly confirm that is the case. After all they are complaining about the low attendances and why should we fork out £18 for these free loaders to get in for nought

Funnily enough I was having a chunter on the other night about what I thought was the most pointless job in football- the stewards at the top of the stairs at the Rink End / Millhouse corner asking to see tickets to get onto the terrace.

I could easily see the point of checking the tickets of the folk going into the stand but assumed that everybody else going on to the terrace had obviously bought a ticket to get into the ground so what was the point in checking them.

Now that you've said that I can see what the point may be, albeit the problem is if it is the stewards letting the freeloaders in then they will probably also let them pass without a ticket.

Maybe the ticket checking is in response to the original complaint to the club mentioned above, just that the club have gone about trying to stop it in a bit of a pointless way?

I did mention it to a steward that was stood at the top of the millhouse steps he was about 13 and nearly soiled his crackers when i said come here you.
so i thought what is he going to do.

They didnt even do anything about it then never mind 2 years later and I was fobbed offf at the time.
It was even suggested to me that they were extra stewards allowed in just in case they were needed.
When I ponted out that children were included, with I presume their fathers, I was told that they would look into it and after that I heard no more.

I went in that way on Tuesday night. I hada ticket for the stand but they still let me through to the terrace. If people didn't have a ticket then all they need to do is to go in the other side of the stand cause they don't check there.

i have seen it happen at different turnstlies over the seasons so the steward responsible has a mate on the turnstile to assist
seen him scouting out and telling his mates out side which gate to go to
