ah yes, relegation to the conference and moving to the stadium that will eventually see you bust. Put them in your precious trophy cabinet.

I'll take our financial stability and higher league position anyday... toot, erm, toot

it's not even gratifying laughing at loids anymore...it's like shooting fish in a barrel

You'd love a trophy and a title, and you know it.

I'd rather keep the current Status Quo, if thats alright by you

I could never be proud of supporting a team who couldn't manage to clear their debts and had go into admin to survive, if you can call the current state of affairs down at the White Elephant survival

You are the behest of your owners as much as we are.

Do you really think you could have got through the rocky last ten years without debt or going into admin if IOR hadn't come along.

And, talking of IOR, am I correct in thinking that they've tightened the purse strings this season? Is this the start of a gradual move away from supporting Pools well beyond their natural means. I wonder?

Call Darlo and our financial messes all you want but never forget that you have been very fortunate and it can be all taken away from you.

We have been fortunate, yes.

IOR tightening the purse strings to make an exit? Ridiculous.

They're simply holding the money so they can buy the ground, and the financial climate has hardly been brilliant of late.

I admire you for trying to defend your club but the facts are simple, you're fooking useless

No you aren't correct I think it's quite the opposite, when they purchase the ground we'll see more investment than we ever have which could hopefully push us to the next level.

Unfortunately the ground purchase is taking it's time.

Why have you got financial stability?

One reason and one reason only.

You need to bear that in mind before laughing at more financially unstable clubs, because at the end of the day you'd have a lot of enemies ready to point and laugh rather than help, if the rug ever gets pulled from under your tootsies.

If we are 'fortunate' in having IOR's support, so what. Ever other team in the league, who are not in financial trouble, are 'fortunate' to have their particular backers. Very few, if any, league clubs exist purely on the support of their fans, someone is 'bankrolling' most clubs.

no one is laughing at your instability...we're laughing at you for suggesting that a couple of trophies from night on 20 years ago somehow puts you above us

any team would be knackered without their owners, man u, liverpool, chelsea, it's hardly rocket science to think that. The funny thing about the loids is the number of nutters they attract with their grand dreams of premiership football and unattainable targets. If they just took over and said "we'll do the best we can for you" then no one would bat an eyelid

Well 14,000 turned up for our fundraiser.

We do not have 14,000 fans.

They helped.

Well until that day, we'll just have to laugh at your usless bunch of cock nockers down the road in the Stadium of emptyness

And even then, we can always ask you advice about being in admin, because you will be there again soon

No need to. The Press were already there, reporting on the friends of DFC. The friends that turned out to help us in our hour of need.

Like I say, keep pointing and laughing at financially unstable clubs whilst being over confident in your own situation - all the time gaining enemies.

I just remember gullible fools singing (at us) "We're so rich it's unbelievable" and "we'll never play you again" in the early days of Reynolds.

But I geniully don't want to see the Loids in financial hardship. They provide far too much hilarity for that.

Which is why I would spunk in my duds if you ever went under. Because by laughing at our club, you have made me your enemy.

Continue making enemies not friends.

Most fans of clubs in the lower divisions are becoming aware that HUFC are not the "well run club that is an example to all previously unsuccessful small clubs" but instead are an oil backed fraud.

You're not listening to what the man said. He said "We're laughing at you", i.e. you singular, not Darlo.

It's because of people like you I would be so pleased if, or should i say when the Loids finally do go under for the last time.

Money laundering I believe.

When I said Pools are an oil backed fraud I did not say or mean that Pools were committing fraud, but that the club are not quite as shining an example as appears. There is no business model at Hartlepool that a club without a backer can follow, therefore Pools position is a sham (there you go, better word than fraud). The fact is that many of you over the years have tried to portray yourselves as a fabulously well run club that is a great example, but the bottom line is that you have consistantly spent more money than you have really got.

Spending money, not super frugality or vision, is the secret of your "success".

i KNOW you never mentioned 'credit crunch' you nonce. i was simply (and i have to keep it simple when dealing with windowlickers like you) pointing out that the blame for darlow's inevitable downfall lies firmly with the former crooked walter mitty that forecast premier league football for you within five years. your club is the architect of its own demise stpid thrilled

Not an example to other clubs in how to change from the most laughed at club in Britain to a stable L1 club though is it?

So if i was a multi millionaire, I might be I haven't checked last nights Lottery ticket yet, and I decide to give a big chunk of it to Pools to help their continuing progress would that be considered a fraud/sham in your eyes as well?

John perhaps you go around with your eyes shut then.

I have seen many examples of Pools fans saying "look at us, we're such a well run club, this is how you do it" over the last 5/6 years, on many forums, including annoyingly, many coming on our forum and saying just that.

Hot air and poppycock with a unsubtle hint of envy dressed up as rational, informed argument – that’s Quakerz.

I only highlighted 3 gaffes uttered by Elvis with lashings of Darlo baiting smugness. These are all facts.

There is nothing to dispute.

If he wants to get his facts right in the future, then I'll have to gain an "obsession" with somebody else who is always confidently getting his shite wrong!
