I don't believe in the Death Penalty, but I'm willing to make an exception in Saddams case.

you cannot be selective with a death penalty so i have to say i am against it
there is a lot of revenge connected with the farce of a trial as the judge him self was tried in court by Saddam twice and sentenced

Now lets get onto Bush and Blair who showered millions of tons of ordnance on innocent civilians over a fortnight of the worst terror visited on the human race, systematically and on the basis of a pack of lies. They called it Shock and Awe and bragged openly about it. We drop smart bombs...HAHA!!!.......and kill 50-120,000 people who shouldn't be dead because Bush said Saddam had weapons of mass destruction and Blair said he could release them at 45 mins notice. They flew in the face of what Kofi Annan and the United Nations said, right through the entire exercise and killed the dissenter who said they'd fudged his report.

In actual fact the biggest weapons Saddam had would have barely made it over the Iranian Border and might have caused the odd bruise here and there. That doesn't bring the dead back and to the average Iraqi, it doesn't matter whether you get kicked to death in Abu Graib or bombed to death in your bed, you're still very, very dead.
