we cant meet bury, carlisle, chester, darlo, huddersfield, lincoln, rochdale, or rotherham in round 1.
they all have byes

This is pissing me off now, Pools have NEVER been given a bye in this competition, despite playing in it every year, the law of averages means that we are due one every year for the next decade! the full list of byes are..

Well we all know the bigger clubs don't enter the competition until the later stages. Take the FA Cup for example. See if Pools actually had some trophies, like Darlo, then you'd be getting byes.

I remember a couple of years ago when Hutchy was boasting that you'd made the quarter finals....... after winning one game! Where is coco these days? He never seems to post.

Also but isnt 10 years (give or take) of success (minus the scotty era) better than 17 in Division 4?
