I've got the kids from the 15th to the 24th August; thats a girl of12 and a boy of 8. I had considered all sorts of foreign holidays but I've been looking around the t'internet and seeing as this week is all about kids, the thought of Butlins sprung to mind. I know its got a bit of a stigma but looking at their website it looks absolutely spot on for kids. Can't say I would choose it for myself but for the sprogs it looks just the ticket. Add to that its all in for about £600 you can't complain.

Anyone got any recent experience ?

they're always good fayre - been to a couple of similar ones with the missus n kids (younger) but theres plenty to do and a friend at work just been to skeggy for 2 weeks and said it was great - just pissed down

I went to Skeggy last year and it poured down. It is good for the kids but make sure you blend in by taking your shell suit and burberry cap.
