Just ordered this off Amazon cos the one I've got you have to hit very hard with the remote on top as soon as the disc goes in for it to play!!!! stpid

good price, i had a lot of problems with my phillips surround sound system tho, wouldnt play a lot of dvds and over heated quite a lot, hope u dont have the same problems tho
