It says a lot for pools really.

so,

Danny Coles comes and is shiite - Now heading to the championship.
Jermaine Easter comes and is shiite - now banging the goals in elsewhere.

thats to name 2. Something must be wrong with either our squad at that said time or the selector.
i say get him out.

Easter was not given a chance by either the management, the fans or, truth be know, by himself.

Stevie Howard was another one who got booed mercilessly by certain sections of the Pools crowd and who has since gone on to a very successful career in the higher divisions. Chris Turner arrived as Manager just as Howard was leaving and he couldn't believe we were letting him go! Players like him were like gold dust I seem to remember him saying. Some people are too quick to jump on players backs - young players need all the encouragement they can get...

Mark Venus, Kenny Lowe, Lee Todd are a few others, a way back mind but they couldn't get into, what was then, pretty poor sides.

He made one or two dodgy passes when he was here and some people got on his back because of it, saying he was shiite, etc. Name me one of our defenders who doesn't do that occasionally?

He was a decent defender, a strong tackler and a big, useful lad to have in your side...

Kenny Lowe was one player who should have made it to the top of the pro game, he really was an exceptionally good footballer. He had a Stan Bowles-type attitude though!!! Knew he had it, but didn't want to go through the motions of proving it!!!!
