 Post subject: The Harbour Of Refuge....The Pot House!!!!

Had the biggest portion of Fish & Chips I've ever had in there today!!!! :grin: :grin:

Delicious proper Home Cooking!!!! :grin:

The Portion was that big even Mr.Parmo left a few Chips!!!! :shock: :grin:

Cheers for the recomendation Mr.Snowy!!!! :grin:

Me, me Mam and the bairns got their photos took outside with Andy Capp!!!! :grin:

As we were getting out photographs took an elderly Gentleman came over and said he worked with Reg Smythe at the Daily Mirror years ago and me Mam told him that she knew him and his family!!!! :grin:
He'd travelled up from his home in Colchester!!!! :grin:
He asked if it was ok to take mine and me Mam's photo at the Statue!!!! :grin:

Anyway....I'd definetly recommend the Pot House for Fish & Chips!!!! :grin:

If you get a chance take a step into a Marstons pub and get a mega mixed grill!!!

It defeated me the 1st time i tried it, but i prepped myself the 2nd time and ate the lot, couldnt move afterwards like!
you get 2 of everything you would normall get and a 1lb/pound of chips. Its hard work, but worth £8!

I reccomeneded the Pot house the other week

2 giant pieces of fish, chips, mushy peas and bread and butter !

And i never left a scrap, and ate all the kids left overs, so Mr Parmo is a poof :grin:
