Today Ive Finally Decided Stop Smoking......Any Advice From People Who Have Quit ???

Avoid smokers..... 6 weeks of nicotine patches get them off your doc too dear in shops....Eat when you crave ... boiled sweets helped me.....Tell the missus to lay off :laugh:

drink lots of ice cold water, and try and keep your mind busy!

It worked for me....I set myself targets....1 day, 1 week, 10 days, 1 month, etc etc!!!! :grin:

It's 19 weeks today for me!!!! :grin:

Stick one ciggie up a fat friends arse, filter first, then replace it in the box. The possibility of putting that one in your mouth will put you off smoking any of them...
