17 Weeks on Monday gone....that's how long I've been packed in Smoking!!!! :grin:

18 months for me....Two stone heavier most of which went on my gut :uhoh:

I've put just under a stone on aswell!!!! confised

But next week I'm starting on a Fitness drive....I've been starting it ever since I packed in!!!! :roll:

18 months for me, but the goodish news is that the extra weight has now started to come off me ample gut. So don't panic just yet Mutley, mebbe things will even themselves out.
