That is it HODCROFT has officially become a tw@t.

Hamilton Accy, Sunderland Ressies and Huddersfield to help us celebrate our 100 year anniversary. What a JOKE!!!!!!

If we are celebrating what should be a fantastic year entry to those games should be free FFS. But to take 2 kids to a pre season tournament will gost 45 quid with no massive reductions in season ticket prices. What a fcuking joke.

I think i will probably go fishing that weekend, and wish the massive 350 people in the vic that weekend a pleasant one
!

I agree its not a spine tingling line up.
But it makes sense to combine with Huddersfield and jointly celebrate - and though they may have make a cock up, they probably thought Sunderland would bring a strong team - and they are a premiership club and local.
We don't know who Pools tried to get and how much thought and effort they put into it. We are not a prize draw for anyone in a pre-season tournament. I'd like to know how much effort pools put in before getting these three, but I prob wont.
As for Hamilton Accies, well...
I will go if I dont have to work and make some money and my kids dont have anything on but if I miss it I'll hardly be bothered. And that is a shame.

I'm flying back from Barcelona on the Saturday, might take in the sunday games, back to back football, a burger and plenty of lager, sounds like a canny afternoon.

Do you think that the bars under the stands will be open all day so that if you don't want to watch the game not involving Pools you can just drink?

Aren't Hamilton Academicals a team that's really on fire following their romp to promotion?

Yeah OK, I know. I was just trying to put a positive spin on things. sadx
