Same problem here, I keep seeing blue everywhere.

Sounds like the VGA cable going from the back of your computer to your monitor is fooked, maybe moving it a little will fix it but eventually it will need replacing, if this isnt the problem the VGA cable could be slightly out of the port at either the back of the PC or the monitor, let me know how u get on

Try the gangle pin or maybe the spangle shaft.

Try following the lead which runs from your monitor towards the wall. Towards the wall will a plastic thing mounted on the skirting board with another plastic thing stuck in it. Grip hold of the (usually square) plastic thing and pull it from the wall firmly. Wait ten seconds then put it back in.

If this doesn't work twat it really hard with your first and aim profanity in it's general direction.
