There is no capital in pardon. Well, not in that context.

Also, your sentence could have been better constructed: The use of the word 'And' at the beginning of a sentence is generally considered to be a faux pas. Forgiving that the comma between Pardon [sic] and do should really be a full stop with the D of do [sic] being a capital.

Ah yes, indeed there was. However his usage was correct inasmuch as he used a capital P at the beginning of a sentence, you did not. Had you quoted him then you would also have been correct but you simply used the same word with incorrect capitalisation.

Appeal rejected.
