I've just watched a program on an endurance race in the Sahara and I have to say that I'm tempted to have a go. It's a killer without question but its a proper challenge.

Who else fancies it? Hand up! We can get a Bunker team together. (Smythe, you're already on the list) (Dibble, you aren't)

Day 1 - 25km's
Day 2 - 34km's
Day 3 - 34km's
Day 4 - 38km's
Day 5 - 82km's
Day 6 - 42km's
Day 7 - 22km's

I would but I've got this knee injury which makes it a bit difficult but otherwise I would honest, really, there'd be no problem just, y'know it'd be a bit difficult. I really want to do it but y'know!

Well if I knew who Des Sables was then I might show a little more interest.

Not in the actual running like...

So was he a singer or what?

Someone told me we are all allocated a set number of heartbeats for life and when they're gone, so are you. I don't intend to wste one precious heartbeat hoofing it around on sand ...horrible stuff.
