You are a very negative person aren't you.

Any way, we shouldn't let that get in the way, we are all Hartlepool supporters here.

As we learnt from Saturday night, the geography of my home should not hinder me.

Stockport played some great football in that second half and have some really talented young lads.
Decent away trip next season though you have to feel gutted for Rochdale fans.

Congratulations lampies, your team was not good enough to beat a team that was not good enough to go up. Rejoice!

John

Whereas I accept that is just sour grapes from the Darlo fans, look at what the pools fans did on uncovered after our play off defeat. It was unusable for days (come to think of it, it still is).

And what's this lampies stuff then?

I thought it had been unusable for years, and not necessarily through any fault of us Poolies. It was all summed up when I had a look on it for the first time in about a year, just before the Rochdale game - people were calling for Penney to be sacked. Absofuckinglutely ridiculous.

Besides, after 4 years of playoff failure and one year of relegation, and even mocked for coming second in our first year back in League Two, I can't help but think it's justified.

And whichever dodgy gadgie is in charge of Darlo owns The Lampies and made sure to promote it like the press whore he is, using the stadium as a base of operations. Maybe they can be your new mascot, what with you axing Mr. Quaker and the Q Kid and replacing it with a dog costume you found in Barnardo's rolfl rolfl rolfl

Howay man Sarf. Surely you expect uncovered to get battered by Pools fans when Darlo lose a big match, and I am certain it would be the same on the Pools rivals site if the roles were reversed. I would also expect Dale fans to be taunted by their rivals. But to be taunted by fans of the club that they had already seen off in the semi-final just makes those doing the taunting look bitter and/or stupid.

Tru dat

I like you MadJohn. ITMC aside, your contributions on here fill me with hope that someone agrees with me on a regular basis

Has a similar vein to Darlington FC - a toytown football club based around fictional good players who must defend their goal mouth against Barnet and Aldershot, yet failing and darkening their chances of ever getting out of their god-damned league. rolfl rolfl rolfl rolfl
