How the fook do they ever expect to ever get promoted if they change the whole side every season? They never build gradually. They do this every year!! Not once have they tried to use our blueprint of steady improvement leading to promotion in 2003.

The Middle East has more stability.

PJ's absolutely right. They have one player on their books that graduated from their youth academy, they field about 45 players a season and their big signings fall flat on their arses.

I remember particular Darlo posters going on about how great Joachim was... 13 goals in 78, fucking immense rolfl rolfl rolfl rolfl

Oh yeah... for £100k rolfl rolfl rolfl

I think you're right Elvis - with a £100k signing on fee, I can't see Joachim being on a small amount.

What's our highest paid player on?

I heard at the time that on top of the transfer fee that Joachim (when he had talks with Pools) was asking for a £50,000 signing on fee!! I think it was at this point they showed him the door and he went and signed on at the Stadium of Lamp.

I certainly wouldn't.

I wouldnt touch Joachim with a bargepole. Ive never seen him do anything decent for Darlo, he doesnt seem to have much appetite for football to me. Just content to pick up his wages every week. If you gave me the choice between Joachim on £3K a week or Foley on £750 quid a week I'd take Foley. I know Foley never had a good season for the first team last year but he does try and he might improve.

Avoid Darlo rejects at all costs refred
