We all know hes not up to it but seriously, what am I not seeing that successive managers are? There has to be some reason he keeps getting a game.

Strachen is not Thierry Henry but thankfully he's not Bullock either. Why oh why can't Wilson and Scott / Stevo before him see that the nearest Bullock should get to the pitch is serving the pies at half time.

Because Wilson is shiit, maybe?

Just asking a question like.

No its not that. You cannot blame Wilson one iota. He has taken over a group of players that are simply not up to the job. He has one hand tied behind his back in terms of what he can do to change things so he is left with re arranging dross. I think he needs to bring in at least half a dozen players with another 10 going out the door.

The point is that we have very few better players. He can only pick what he has got. Bolland is not fit, Liddle is a class act, Gibb... ok I'll give you that one but he could yet come good.

There are plenty of worse players already at the club than those three.

Sorry.

Liddle isnt a class act.

He played very well in a few games.
He was shite the last home game.
He is picking Brackstone. He is shite.
He is picking Bullock. He is shite.
He wont pick Strachen. He isnt shite.
He didnt want to pick Humphreys. He isnt shite.
He wont give Eiffion Williams a look in. He isnt that Shite.
He wont drop Dimi. He is shite at the moment.

See a pattern here?

Yes I do, you're being selective. Drop Liddle in favour of who? Williams is injured so who would you replace Brackstone with? Bullock/Strachen I agree. Humphreys played all last season when I might remind you we were relegated. Effion Williams? Behave! 10 touch Williams.

Dimi is a class keeper as is Provett but on balance Dimi is better at commanding his area.

Wilson has to take the blame mangers do
he took on probably the biggest squad we have ever had
he brought in three players of his choice and only one is making the grade
our form is rubbish similar to Scotts reign
darlo game will be interesting if only for the post match comments
world beaters or just un lucky AGAIN

Behave Ian!

You first point is actually a negative and the biggest reason that he does not shoulder the blame. Bolland and Liddle are good additions, Gibb has a big question mark over him but its early days.

Yes our form is rubbish but we do have some key injuries and he's having to shuffle the pack in order to make do.

Scott and his signings are the prime reason we are where we are.

By the way, we were doing well until a certain was recalled then the form plummeted back to where it was before he left. Coincidence ?
Prediction: Pools 2 Darlow 2

BACK TO THE MAFIA ANGLE AGAIN
we have had one run of three games in a week and you are satisfied with Wilson and the job he is doing?
in your eyes Richie will always be at fault for our ills
but was he the only player we had last season
i prefer to go on what other players in the squad say about richie not those of a biased fan and a manger with form in that direction

as for a clear out it will come regardless as most of the kids were only given three month contracts gearing up for a mass clearance
but you are still be going to be left with the deadwood particularly those just signed

bolland unfit when he came and still unfit sixteen games into the season
Gibb is fit but not good enough
keep playing liddel out of position and he will fade

We had a solid unchanging side until Neale Cooper left, though; it's only Scotty's inability to manage that left us in the problem we currently have. I think that if a manager had been brought in with Scott still as an assistant, Scotty would have been an asset in highlighting ability and not actually managing it.

I mean think of the promotion season - A. Williams, M. Robinson, Westwood, Barron, Graeme Lee, Humphries, Tinkler, D. Clarke, Widdrington, E. Williams and Watson/Richardson/Henderson/Boyd was the usual 11, and you could be sure to see Smith and co. on the bench.

Solidarity is needed for wins, but with a side that doesn't know whether or not they want to play well every week, I think it's hard work on the manager's part. I see it as a two way thing
