I doubt the leader of the NUT or whatever she her title is will be a Tory, Labour and the unions are still linked, they pay a fair wedge into the Labour coffers, and although entitled to her opinion, its monkey spunk and the Tory press and the Tories themselves will be quite please, one should imagine!

Back to the original concept....... how the hell do you 'police ' this.You read to your kids because you love to, there should be no cost involved. Reading to your kids is one of the free things you can still do, all it costs is the parents time and can introduce the kids to libraries. The idea of paying people extra to read is ridiculous, the sort of person who gets it will probably use the money for another dolphin tattoo on their shoulder while they watch Jermy kyle :roll:
