Spot on.

People hate the way we play when he's on the pitch.

BUT that isn't his fault. The way I see it is: Our defenders get lazy and decide to hoof the ball up to him rather than look for a pass. Yes, his main part of his game is his strength but he can do something with the ball when it's too feet.

The reason we play badly when he is on is due to our lazy style of play not due to him being lazy as he works his socks off.

And it's not fair on him, making him do all the work.
